Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implementation of ICM systems

• Direct collaboration with clients from the USA

• Development and validation of commission models

• Working with data and its transformations

• Translating business rules into system logic

• Collaboration with the engineering team

• Preparation of documentation and support for implementations

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with data or business systems

• Excellent understanding of relational data modeling

• Ability to work with computational logic

• Experience in system implementations

• Comfortable working with financial or performance metrics

• Strong analytical thinking

• Proficient in English

• Nice to have:

• Experience in compensation, payroll, or finance areas

• Working with large datasets

• Knowledge of SQL

• Background in data modeling or information systems
