This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead discussions and scoping sessions with clients to grasp their business goals, technical needs, and success metrics.
• Convert intricate requirements into well-structured Statements of Work (SOWs) that establish clear expectations and safeguard both the client and Storyblok.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to determine engagement scope, timelines, resources, and commercial terms.
• Ensure every engagement is positioned for success prior to any coding activities.
• Manage the relationship with Storyblok's implementation and agency partners throughout the delivery process.
• Work closely with partners to guarantee they possess the context, resources, and guidance necessary to meet the defined scope and standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery challenges, managing risks and resolving obstacles while maintaining momentum.
• Hold partners accountable for quality, timelines, and client results — without micromanaging the specifics.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Act as the principal Professional Services point of accountability for the client — the person they contact when it is crucial.
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complexity into understandable terms.
• Represent Storyblok as a trusted advisor in both client and partner environments.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to uncover expansion opportunities arising from active engagements.
• Assist with pre-sales activities, such as scoping workshops, commercial proposals, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the evolution and ongoing enhancement of Storyblok's Professional Services methodology, SOW templates, and partner engagement frameworks.
• Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to share implementation insights and guide platform development.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to continuous adoption and account health.
• Incorporate partner and customer feedback into Storyblok's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap discussions.
• Demonstrated experience in a Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation role within a SaaS or CMS context.
• Strong expertise in scoping complex technical engagements and drafting or overseeing Statements of Work.
• Experience in managing implementation partners, agencies, or SIs — with a solid understanding of how to optimize partner relationships.
• Commercially savvy, with the ability to reconcile customer outcomes and business interests effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities — confident, credible, and trusted at senior levels.
• Capable of operating without a detailed delivery playbook — comfortable with ambiguity and proficient at instilling structure where it is lacking.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or digital experience platforms is highly advantageous.
• Proficient command of the English language.
