This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, collect business processes and associated requirements, and offer expert advice on best practices for the implementation and configuration of our SaaS products tailored to their specific needs.
• Execute fundamental project management tasks, ensuring that the deliverables align with the project's implementation scope.
• Adapt system settings, workflows, and integrations to meet client specifications while utilizing standard functionalities to minimize custom modifications whenever feasible.
• Collaborate with the project team to design and deliver thorough training sessions aimed at educating clients on the features and capabilities of our SaaS offerings.
• Recognize and tackle implementation hurdles, working closely with internal teams to promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Contribute proactively to the improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in a client-oriented implementation position, ideally within the SaaS sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport, collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams, and leading in workshop settings.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to swiftly learn and navigate new software applications, as well as the capability to identify and resolve implementation challenges efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a high comfort level with Excel is advantageous.
• Experience in designing and documenting reports from relational databases – the ability to create reports (SSRS or PowerBI) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly in the GovTech space, is a plus.
• Knowledge of project tracking and time management tools like Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar software is beneficial.
