This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Onboarding new clients and transitioning existing client systems
• Increasing the use of automation
• Analyzing and interpreting requirements for new client retirement plan setups
• Participating in implementation and conversion meetings
• Leading training sessions for both new and current employees
• Coordinating and supervising the review and testing of all specifications
• Accountable for data validation during system conversions
• Reconciling and finalizing all benefit payment information
• Assisting in the creation/update of forms, letters, and application documents
• Offering recommendations and proposals to management for enhancing automation
• Aiding management in the research and resolution of complex functional and system challenges
• Composing and distributing internal and external communications
• High school diploma with five years of experience in retirement plan administration
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with two years of experience in retirement plan administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
