This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Comprehensive Client Implementations — Take ownership of the entire implementation process for enterprise clients, encompassing kickoff through to adoption, including platform setup, HRIS and SSO integrations, workflow creation, and user training.
• Lead High-Level Engagements — Conduct discovery workshops, alignment sessions with stakeholders, and executive presentations with Senior HR and IT personnel.
• Design the Path to Value — Create implementation strategies that consider client complexity while ensuring swift adoption.
• Support Change Management and Adoption — Serve as a strategic consultant on business process transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Handle a Portfolio of Simultaneous Engagements — Manage multiple enterprise implementations at the same time, ensuring progress across various workstreams.
• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation; experience in HR Tech is highly preferred.
• Proven capability to manage enterprise-level implementations involving multiple concurrent stakeholders within HR and IT.
• History of facilitating organizational change and driving platform adoption, beyond just delivering go-live solutions.
• Experience in leading workshops, discovery sessions, and training for diverse audiences.
