Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in ensuring our customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through our IoT platform.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale clients, facilitating a rapid return on their investment.

• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.

• Monitor the progress of implementation, participation levels, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and address challenges faced by executives and everyday users across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.

• Act as a mentor for the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the Samsara platform’s features and convey them to diverse customer types.

• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally and open new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior role within Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.

• Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS.

• Background in supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional consultative skills with a history of end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated success in building trust and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and everyday users of our software.

• A commitment to exceeding expectations, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Possess diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while addressing customer concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year institution.
