This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete implementation of BookNook programs by acting as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders.
• Deliver implementation direction, best practices, and solutions while managing onboarding, launch planning, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing program execution aligned with district objectives and customer outcomes.
• Evaluate implementation effectiveness, analyze customer feedback and program data, and uncover opportunities to enhance delivery processes, customer experience, and student results.
• Independently handle multiple intricate implementations by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery commitments are fulfilled.
• Act as the main point of contact for district leaders, offering strategic advice throughout the implementation process and ongoing partnership management.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Directors of Partnerships to facilitate customer retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and smooth customer transitions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on critical implementation metrics, customer adoption, and partnership results to guarantee successful delivery and pinpoint opportunities for continuous enhancement.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading complex implementations, consulting, account management, educational leadership, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in communicating with executive stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
• A strong desire for continuous improvement and a curious mindset.
• Proven ownership and accountability, with a history of independently managing initiatives and achieving results.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with an exceptional focus on detail and follow-through.
• Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experienced in utilizing data, customer feedback, and program insights to guide decision-making and enhance outcomes.
• Skilled in influencing and achieving alignment among stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comprehensive understanding of the K–12 education landscape and the challenges encountered by schools and districts.
• Competitive salary: For this position, the compensation range is $80-$95K plus a $10K variable component and a $500 referral fee.
