This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects, serving as the main point of contact from the initial sale to a fully functional live product, ensuring an effortless client experience;
• Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions to gain insights into clients' procurement and financial workflows, translating business needs into tailored and optimized product processes;
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and technical alignment, assisting clients with data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other business information into the platform;
• Ensure that both internal teams and client-side stakeholders adhere to strict deadlines while managing risks and resolving technical dependencies;
• Conduct impactful interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for key client stakeholders, empowering them to use the platform autonomously;
• Develop tactical and highly organized enablement materials (deployment playbooks, configuration guides, brief video workflows) to standardize the implementation process;
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to address technical obstacles and convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing position;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects concurrently, while effectively maintaining deadlines, stakeholder engagement, and project scope;
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to lead business meetings and negotiations;
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with the capability to organize, validate, and analyze business metrics and data;
• Experience in understanding and configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems;
• Excellent change management skills with the ability to address user resistance, simplify intricate system logic, and guide corporate clients through process changes;
• A customer-focused, proactive, and highly organized approach, complemented by outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities;
• An innate curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to reverse-engineer technical challenges and work effectively with engineering teams to tackle complex implementation issues involving APIs and integrations;
• Ability to assist clients in navigating organizational and process changes, simplify complex product logic, and serve as a trusted implementation advisor.
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9am to 6pm GMT+2
