Implementation Specialist – Item Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement projects including new conversions, opportunities for cross-selling, and enhancements to systems.

• Configure solutions for item processing, such as POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.

• Ensure that customer expectations align with system capabilities.

• Assist with go-live activities to facilitate a seamless transition for customers.

• Track project progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or implementation positions.

• Experience in item processing, branch capture, or remote deposit capture.

• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing abilities.

• Knowledge of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer methods.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
