This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the implementation process from the initial customer kickoff to the successful launch and activation of services.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp their business goals, operational workflows, stakeholder expectations, and desired outcomes.
• Develop implementation plans, success metrics, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks that keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to ensure solutions are tailored to meet customer objectives.
• Propel timely launches that enhance customer adoption and value realization.
• Act as the primary implementation advisor and trusted partner throughout the onboarding phase.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders and establish credibility as an expert in Fleetworthy solutions.
• Lead customer kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, and executive-level communications.
• Deliver personalized training that empowers customers to confidently utilize Fleetworthy's platforms and services.
• Proactively identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and resolve issues before they affect the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, and subject matter experts to provide a seamless customer journey.
• Translate customer aspirations and purchased services into actionable implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party providers, agencies, and vendors to set up necessary integrations, access, and service readiness.
• Ensure successful transitions and alignment across teams throughout the onboarding process and post-launch support.
• Set measurable success criteria and key performance indicators with customers from the beginning of the implementation.
• Guide customers through solution activation, adoption, and the realization of early value.
• Assist in post-launch engagement and optimization efforts to guarantee customers meet their desired outcomes.
• Help identify opportunities for expanding value through additional Fleetworthy solutions and services.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding best practices.
• Aid in standardizing processes that enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency across customer implementations.
• Maintain precise project documentation, implementation records, and progress tracking.
• Provide insights on project timelines, resource needs, and process improvements.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer service, project management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and relationship building.
• Experience in leading customer meetings, training sessions, and project communications.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
