Application Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Master intricate software applications, integrations, and reports, along with their application in the clinical research domain.

• Collaborate with new clients to thoroughly comprehend their existing business processes and workflows while aiding in the deployment of technological solutions.

• Translate current state workflows into new, future state application workflows through process flow charting.

• Create and utilize use cases to analyze, articulate, and document business requirements and application scenarios.

• Offer guidance to internal stakeholders regarding customer enhancement requests.

• Coordinate with other internal teams as needed to formulate Statements of Work (SOWs) essential for supporting new and implementing clients.

• Assist in the completion of technical RFP inquiries for potential customers.

• Establish a strong rapport with the customer project team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

• Advise clients on best practices for integrating Advarra technology solutions into their research operations environment.

• Collaborate closely with the implementation project manager to guarantee timely delivery of all milestones.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology (clinical research experience preferred).

• Proficient analytical thinking abilities.

• Excellent client communication skills.

• Strong oral presentation capabilities.

• Familiarity with EDC, EMR/EHR, and other clinical trial information systems.

• Extensive knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMSs) and general clinical research methodologies.

• Subject Matter Expert in eClinical solutions such as eRegulatory, eSource, and eConsent is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in integrating a CTMS with other common systems (e.g., EMR, EDC, EMPI).

• Understanding and experience with operational and regulatory reporting that supports clinical research.
