This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Organize and facilitate weekly conference calls with new pharmacies.
• Clearly communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones to clients.
• Ensure pharmacies are progressing towards successful implementation.
• Assist pharmacies with the setup and configuration of essential areas of the application.
• Inform internal team members about the current implementation status and escalate any potential risks.
• Engage in follow-up meetings and provide support during the go-live phase.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to achieve favorable customer outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions for new customers and offer ongoing training as required.
• Support product sales demonstrations by showcasing workflows, best practices, and value to prospective clients.
• Aid in the integration of AI-enabled tools and workflows during implementation projects, providing feedback to internal teams regarding customer readiness and opportunities for AI enhancements.
• Travel to client locations or business-related events as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in computer science, training, or a pharmacy-related field.
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy operations and workflow processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant state, federal, and DEA regulations.

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills for troubleshooting pharmacy software applications and workflow process issues.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and sound technical judgment.
