Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Overseeing multiple client implementation projects while leading a team of technical specialists

• Leveraging tools and resources to uncover opportunities and achieve results

• Crafting project plans, managing supply and demand functions, and formulating risk mitigation strategies

• Ensuring compliance with system development and quality assurance standards

• Collaborating closely with clients to outline new projects from inception to completion

• Delivering outstanding service with zero defects, guaranteeing 100% quality and no escalations

• Collaborating with clients and third-party vendors to ensure impeccable project execution

• Leading implementation projects throughout their lifecycle, including project planning and requirements meetings

• Continuously enhancing domain knowledge in health and staying informed about industry developments

• Acting as a role model by providing coaching and mentorship to team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree is required

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is essential

• Experience in implementation configuration and quality assurance is necessary

• Knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration is required

• Willingness to travel up to 20% is expected
