Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive EAM implementations, spanning from the initial analysis to a successful go-live.

• Ensure all project components are delivered on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhere to budgetary constraints.

• Facilitate workshops and steer customers towards optimal asset and maintenance practices.

• Convert business requirements into a scalable and high-performing Ultimo configuration.

• Set up workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting within the platform.

• Manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining strict scope, quality, and timeline standards.

• Empower users through training and hands-on support during the adoption phase.

• Collaborate with consulting colleagues, product teams, and support staff.

• Contribute to the evolution of Ultimo’s implementation strategy by sharing insights and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, eMaint, HxGN EAM, Maintenance Connection, or comparable systems).

• A preference for working in a consulting or project-oriented environment.

• In-depth knowledge in maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.

• Technical expertise in configuration to achieve practical and scalable results.

• A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
