Implementation Consultant – Housing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice on the implementation of NEC Housing system modules, specifically Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness, focusing on system configuration and development.

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions (both remote and occasionally on-site) for customers and internal teams, ensuring users feel confident and proficient in utilizing the system.

• Offer outstanding advice and best practices to existing customers utilizing NEC Housing.

• Ensure consultancy and training efforts consistently yield positive feedback from customers.

• Develop and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design documentation for both customers and internal teams.

• Engage with customers via Teams (including recorded sessions for training purposes) and tailor delivery methods to accommodate various audiences.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Social Housing Management and integrate these insights into training and consultancy efforts.

• Be adaptable and available for occasional travel within the UK to customer or company sites as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Allocations and Homelessness processes utilizing Housing Management Software.

• Proven experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, with solid skills in configuration and setup.

• Demonstrated capability to provide high-quality training and consultancy services, receiving positive feedback from a variety of audiences.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simplified manner for end users.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively once familiar with our system.
