Head of Customer Delivery – Implementation, Enterprise B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing onboarding, implementation, and rollouts for enterprise clients

• Overseeing project and resource management for multiple simultaneous implementations

• Leading and building teams within Delivery, Implementation, and Project Management

• Achieving delivery KPIs, including time-to-value, go-live rate, and adherence to milestones

• Establishing and directing an enterprise delivery team

• Standardizing and scaling implementation processes

• Handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Collaborating with Product and Tech teams on requirements and feature management

• Recruiting and expanding the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise setting

• Demonstrated success in implementation, delivery, or professional services

• Experience with large ticket sizes/key accounts and intricate rollouts

• KPI-focused with a strong emphasis on process excellence

• Background in team building and people leadership

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous and will be prioritized
