This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop production-ready workflow applications that integrate AI, business logic, enterprise integrations, and user-friendly experiences to address intricate business challenges.
• Convert customer needs into scalable technical solutions, designing workflow logic that considers real-world complexities, edge cases, and changing business requirements.
• Construct intelligent automations that manage approvals, routing, SLAs, exception handling, and business rules across enterprise processes.
• Link enterprise systems utilizing native connectors and data transformations to establish seamless end-to-end workflows.
• Develop AI-enhanced experiences that assess requests, automate decision-making, and guide users through complicated business processes.
• Diagnose workflows, integrations, and data synchronization issues while enhancing performance and reliability.
• Work alongside workflow architects and clients to refine solutions during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Create reusable workflow components, implementation patterns, and best practices that enhance delivery across the organization.
• Present completed solutions to clients, integrate their feedback, and contribute ideas that influence the future of the Tonkean platform.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing or developing technical solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the capability to translate complicated business requirements into scalable workflows and automations.
• Experience in implementing SaaS, workflow automation, integration, or low-code solutions within complex enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of JSON, data transformations, and system integrations.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and the skill to diagnose technical issues when the answers are not immediately apparent.
• Eagerness to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business domains.
• Proficient in converting technical documentation and customer requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients to comprehend requirements, demonstrate solutions, and iterate based on their feedback.
• Experience with workflow automation, integration, or low-code platforms.
• Software development experience in any programming language.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or enterprise automation.
