Senior Implementation Consultant – Pharmacovigilance, Safety Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist in transforming and innovating Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance.

• Become a part of the Safety Professional Services team and aid in the implementation of the Vault Safety solution.

• Lead the overall delivery of Vault Safety while fulfilling the roles of Project Manager and/or Solution Architect.

• Establish and steer business processes, guiding customers through the implementation programs and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the life sciences sector, primarily focused on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare, or related Safety industries.

• At least 3 years in a technology consulting role with significant involvement in complex or global implementation projects as one of the following: consultant, business/functional analyst, or project manager.

• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies for SaaS solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on quality, on time, and within budget.

• Deep-rooted enthusiasm for technology coupled with practical experience.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt and embrace changes.

• Proactive, possessing strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in a second language: Italian, Spanish, French, or German.

• Competency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
