Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor PS Consultants to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery standards.

• Implement Eclipse solutions tailored to meet client needs.

• Customize and configure Eclipse software in accordance with client specifications.

• Facilitate training sessions and offer support to clients.

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their business processes and requirements.

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

• Meet and surpass project objectives and deadlines.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience with Epicor Eclipse software.

• Strong understanding of and/or proven success in the distribution sector.

• Preferred 3+ years of consulting experience.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
