Senior Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and mentor others on the Intellect product suite.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

• Provide strategic advice to clients during the implementation and launch of Intellect’s product suite.

• Educate clients and team members on the functionalities of Intellect’s product suite.

• Analyze customer challenges and assess business needs.

• Convert requirements into effective system designs.

• Coordinate activities to ensure project milestones are achieved and supported.

• Suggest and implement ongoing improvements.

• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders at enterprise clients during implementation.

• Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including VP and C-suite, facilitating communication between customer needs and technical language as needed.

• Investigate and create solutions to address customer requirements when existing processes are insufficient.

• Collaborate across various functions including Support, Integration, Product, and Sales teams across different time zones.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in software system implementation and SaaS.

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated quality policies, objectives, and concepts.

• Understanding of Connected Front End Worker (CFW) software and best practices.

• Knowledge of various standards and regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 9001 and CFR 21 Part 11.

• Technologically adept with a quick learning curve for new systems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects and leading significant programs and change management initiatives.

• Experience in customer project design and scoping.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including at the VP and C-suite levels.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to illustrate ROI and success.

• High technical aptitude, capable of understanding and conveying complex software solutions; experience with highly configurable software products is advantageous.

• A collaborative team player, effective in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through, and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt focus according to business needs.

• Ability to build relationships, establish trust, and nurture partnerships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Experience with B2B SaaS.

• Background in or with manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated sectors.

• Experience working with global clients, including those for whom English is not the primary language.

• Project management qualification or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Proficiency in collaboration and instant messaging tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
