Senior Immigration Specialist – EMEA, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of global immigration cases, ensuring execution is accurate, timely, and compliant.

• Serve as a primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for employees, recruiters, and internal partners regarding global immigration and business travel immigration issues.

• Collaborate with external immigration service providers and lead operational support for major visa programs, proactively identifying risks and exceptions.

• Maintain compliance records that are audit-ready, with a strong emphasis on data integrity.

• Ensure high-quality immigration data across HRIS and recruitment systems, pinpointing gaps and implementing necessary corrections.

• Manage and prioritize case workflows and incoming requests, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed.

• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to facilitate compliant onboarding and continued employment.

• Strengthen and continually enhance immigration processes, controls, and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in immigration operations and coordination with a focus on global immigration.

• Proficient understanding of common visa categories in Singapore, the UK, and Ireland.

• Familiar with right-to-work and immigration compliance regulations.

• Experience with Workday, immigration case management systems, and various ticketing tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through; able to identify and flag issues promptly.
