Senior Human Resources Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for various districts within Aramark Collegiate Hospitality.

• Collaborate with leaders and teams to pinpoint opportunities and formulate effective solutions.

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders regarding people strategy.

• Ensure the smooth delivery of HR programs and services.

• Develop and execute strategies for organizational effectiveness.

• Work alongside Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, onboard, nurture, and retain talent.

• Support Aramark’s growth, acquisition, and retention initiatives.

• Promote compliance with policies and procedures.

• Lead HR teams across designated districts and regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist.

• Strong organizational capability and experience in organization development.

• Experience in change management and talent management.

• Familiarity with HR technology and analytics.

• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or a related business field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple geographic locations.

• Demonstrated capability to partner, communicate, and consult with senior leadership.
