This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Serve as the primary HR business partner for various districts within Aramark Collegiate Hospitality.
β’ Collaborate with leaders and teams to pinpoint opportunities and formulate effective solutions.
β’ Provide coaching and guidance to leaders regarding people strategy.
β’ Ensure the smooth delivery of HR programs and services.
β’ Develop and execute strategies for organizational effectiveness.
β’ Work alongside Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, onboard, nurture, and retain talent.
β’ Support Aramarkβs growth, acquisition, and retention initiatives.
β’ Promote compliance with policies and procedures.
β’ Lead HR teams across designated districts and regions.
β’ A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist.
β’ Strong organizational capability and experience in organization development.
β’ Experience in change management and talent management.
β’ Familiarity with HR technology and analytics.
β’ HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or a related business field is required; a Masterβs degree is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple geographic locations.
β’ Demonstrated capability to partner, communicate, and consult with senior leadership.
