This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the design, management, and operational implementation of both mandated and company-initiated benefits programs.
β’ Ensure precise execution of enrollments, claims, payroll inputs for compensation adjustments, vendor coordination, and adherence to Philippine laws and company policies.
β’ Serve as an operational subject matter expert for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Oversee enrollments, terminations, and updates for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
β’ Prepare, validate, and coordinate timely remittances and statutory filings; support payroll with accurate contribution inputs and schedules; maintain proof of payment and submission logs.
β’ Manage voluntary and company-sponsored programs (e.g., health insurance top-ups, wellness initiatives, supplemental life/disability plans, employee assistance programs).
β’ Coordinate enrollments, renewals, claims, and vendor interactions.
β’ Reconcile payroll, government reports, and vendor statements for both statutory and voluntary benefits each payroll cycle; investigate and resolve discrepancies prior to remittance or claims submission.
β’ Liaise with benefits brokers, insurance providers, and government portals; manage vendor service level agreements, claims escalations, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
β’ Address employee inquiries regarding statutory entitlements and company benefits; prepare enrollment guides and communications; escalate complex cases to Senior Specialists.
β’ Assist employees with claims submissions, follow-ups, and coordinate requests or corrections with vendors or government agencies.
β’ Monitor regulatory changes and updates to vendor policies; revise internal procedures and communicate impacts to Payroll and HR Business Partners.
β’ Generate periodic reports on enrollment, utilization, contribution costs, and claims trends; maintain documentation that is ready for audit regarding statutory filings and vendor transactions.
β’ Recommend practical process enhancements, support minor automation efforts, and embrace new tasks and responsibilities to adapt to the evolving needs of the team.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll support, or HR operations.
β’ Working knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and statutory contributions.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS and/or payroll administration platforms; basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
β’ High level of accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and maintaining records that are ready for audit.
β’ Ability to adhere to structured procedures, meet payroll deadlines, and implement internal controls.
β’ Clear written and verbal communication skills for employee support, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Comfortable working remotely within the Philippines.
β’ Experience in BPO or shared services environments (preferred).
β’ Hands-on experience using the SSS portal, PhilHealth portal, and Pag-IBIG online services (preferred).
β’ Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic formulas (preferred).
β’ Prior experience reconciling statutory accounts and assisting with statutory or vendor audits (preferred).
β’ Exposure to process improvement, small automation projects, or vendor management initiatives (preferred).
