This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide strategic direction and oversight for the enablement of HR service delivery and operational effectiveness throughout the global HR ecosystem.
β’ Act as a senior advisor to HR Operations leadership, offering guidance and support to Lead Consultants and Service Managers.
β’ Propel the ongoing advancement of the HR service delivery operating model.
β’ Develop enterprise reporting, metrics, and analytics that ensure transparency in service performance.
β’ Lead the resolution of intricate service issues, operational obstacles, and cross-functional challenges.
β’ Propel initiatives for operational excellence that enhance quality, efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the service delivery ecosystem.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, Service Management, Vendor Management, HR Programs, or related fields.
β’ Proven success in leading complex global operating models and HR service delivery functions.
β’ Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders.
β’ Extensive experience in driving operational transformation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Established experience in managing global vendors, outsourced partnerships, and service performance frameworks.
β’ Demonstrated capability in building, coaching, and leading teams across complex operational environments.
