This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Collaborate with department leaders and the Director of HR to initiate recruitment, oversee the hiring process, and secure the ideal candidates.
β’ Ensure that each new employee is equipped with the necessary tools, access, and context to enhance productivity.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for all U.S. employees regarding HR, travel, and administrative inquiries.
β’ Promote Dozee's culture within the U.S. and foster cohesion among the distributed team.
β’ Ensure that U.S. practices align with global policies while working closely with the HR team in India.
β’ Oversee payroll coordination, expense policies, contractor and vendor payments, as well as compensation management for U.S. personnel.
β’ Act as the first line of support when issues arise for U.S. employees.
β’ Manage compliance with U.S. HR regulations and maintain relationships with U.S. vendors.
β’ 3β7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
β’ Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes.
β’ Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance standards.
β’ Ability to work independently as the sole HR representative in a given location.
β’ Experience coordinating with teams across different countries and time zones is highly advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or a rapidly growing startup environment is preferred.
