This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Analyze and keep track of industry compensation trends, survey data, and local market changes that affect non-exempt roles.
β’ Develop and maintain compensation reports within the Compensation Management tool to evaluate the program's competitiveness in the market.
β’ Assist in performing pay equity analyses to guarantee fair and uniform compensation practices.
β’ Assess job positions, work together with legal to establish FLSA classification, and gather cost-of-labor and cost-of-living information.
β’ Create and manage non-exempt compensation programs, performing scenario analyses to guide recommendations for program management.
β’ Ensure that compensation programs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
β’ Oversee communication and administration of incentive and bonus plans for all non-exempt positions.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration or HR management, or a combination of education and experience that enables effective performance in all aspects of the role.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in compensation administration; proven knowledge of compensation methodologies, commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
β’ Understanding of compensation principles, including market pricing, salary structures, pay equity, and compliance.
β’ Proven proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
β’ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
β’ Outstanding time management capabilities.
β’ Skill in interacting with and influencing others effectively.
β’ Capability to research and identify issues, develop proposals, and conduct analyses both independently and collaboratively.
β’ Proven strategic decision-making and project management abilities.
