
Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Offer daily support to divisional leadership and team members regarding employee relations, enhancing leadership effectiveness, shaping the employee experience, onboarding, performance management initiatives, terminations, and interpreting, improving, and implementing policies.
β’ Collaborate with divisional leaders and managers to create or modify job descriptions that reflect the organization's current needs.
β’ Conduct proactive audits of current job descriptions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational changes.
β’ Provide performance management advice to divisional leaders and managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions).
β’ Work closely with leaders and team members to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
β’ Partner with leaders and managers to identify business requirements and develop customized HR strategies to address those needs.
β’ Oversee employee relations investigations for respective divisions, managing documentation while upholding confidentiality and efficiently resolving conflicts.
β’ Direct performance and talent development initiatives for assigned divisions, contributing to training delivery and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
β’ Regularly assess training programs to ensure they are effective and relevant.
β’ Leverage exit surveys through technology to analyze trend results and propose solutions for enhancing programs and policies.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, or Psychology.
β’ HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI).
β’ Required experience in California Credentialing and the mortgage industry.
β’ 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
β’ Experience in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment.
β’ Familiarity with compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and talent management systems).
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
