Senior Human Resources Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborating and providing support to HR Principals on client accounts

• Creating HR documentation

• Managing HR programs

• Offering guidance to clients on standard HR best practices

• Handling payroll processing

• Overseeing specific client accounts under the guidance of an HR Principal

• Delivering comprehensive payroll processing assistance for multi-state employees and 1099 contractors

• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations

• Providing pre- and post-payroll reporting

• Developing and maintaining HR documentation for clients

• Assisting in the execution of client HR projects

• Managing recruitment efforts for vacant client positions

• Overseeing benefits enrollment and ongoing administration

• Leading the process for employee benefit changes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• At least 5+ years of professional experience

• Preferred 3+ years of human resources experience, ideally in a generalist or client-facing capacity

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to achieve HR project goals and deliverables on time

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; prior experience with HRIS and payroll systems is highly advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of confidential interactions at all organizational levels, including C-Suite and VP

• Self-motivated, able to work effectively in both virtual and in-person settings with minimal supervision

• A team-oriented mindset with a successful track record of positively contributing to a collaborative environment

• Outstanding client service skills with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and improving client satisfaction

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
