This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Utilize a comprehensive range of advanced skills and knowledge across various federal HR domains, including but not limited to staffing, classification, processing, benefits, recruitment, compensation, SES programs, work-life initiatives, policy, and employee and labor relations.
β’ Evaluate position applications to assess fundamental qualifications, adjudicate veteransβ preference, and prepare selection certificates for issuance.
β’ Implement pay setting calculations necessary for extending job offers.
β’ Conduct law enforcement pay setting, ensuring precise conversion of general pay and special pay schedules to the law enforcement pay schedule.
β’ Create and assess standard operating procedures (SOP) and job aids for current, new, or developing staffing programs.
β’ Design and generate specialized ad-hoc applicant metrics, reports, and related spreadsheets.
β’ Confirm the validity of applicant selections.
β’ Interpret and apply relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including Executive Orders (EOβs), Title 38, Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) regulations, 5 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Vet Guide, and other regulatory directives pertaining to federal hiring actions.
β’ A Masterβs Degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of federal Human Resources experience, either as a federal employee or as a government contractor supporting a federal agency, is required.
β’ Possession of Delegated Examining Certification and HRM Certificate from an accredited academic institution is necessary.
β’ If a Task Order involves responsibilities related to drug testing and site collection, the candidate must be knowledgeable about Health and Human Services Guidelines for federal drug testing and must hold a valid driverβs license.
β’ Candidates must be capable of air travel.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident and currently reside in the United States or its Territories.
β’ Additionally, employees are required to have lived in the United States or its Territories for three or more years out of the last five.
β’ Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ Advanced presentation skills are required.
β’ Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
β’ Strong organizational and leadership capabilities are necessary.
β’ Familiarity with industry best practices is important.
β’ Exceptional time management skills are a must.
β’ Depending on specific tasks, advanced knowledge of NFC, eOPF, WebTA, SharePoint, Oracle, Java Script, SQL, and other information technology systems may be required.
