This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Address employee inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
β’ Offer initial guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
β’ Support employees with HR-related concerns, such as benefits, payroll, and leave of absence.
β’ Record and monitor inquiries and resolutions within the HR system.
β’ Refer complex issues to senior HR personnel or other departments as necessary.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
β’ Engage in training sessions to remain informed on HR policies and systems.
β’ Aid in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and services.
β’ A high school diploma or equivalent; an associateβs or bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
β’ Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
β’ Strong customer service focus with a friendly and accommodating attitude.
β’ Capability to manage multiple inquiries at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.
β’ Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
