This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Address communications within the HR department via email, providing assistance to employees with inquiries and operational requests;

โ€ข Assist in operational processes related to hiring, terminations, promotions, vacations, and maintaining employee records in the system;

โ€ข Aid in payroll completion by organizing necessary documentation such as medical certificates, bonuses, benefits, and other payroll-related items;

โ€ข Coordinate periodic medical examinations and oversee the associated certification management;

โ€ข Ensure the organization of employee files and records, keeping information current and compliant with LGPD regulations;

โ€ข Facilitate internal communications by disseminating information regarding time banks (compensatory hours), salary adjustments, benefits, and other departmental announcements;

โ€ข Assist with internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives and company events (such as birthday coffee gatherings, commemorative dates, coffee breaks, and meeting materials), coordinating with internal teams (Reception, Marketing, Controllership) and external vendors to execute these activities;

โ€ข Contribute to facility management and workspace organization, including managing operational requests (groceries, coffee, fruit) and overseeing deliveries and inventory;

โ€ข Provide support in Recruitment and Selection processes as needed: posting job openings, updating promotional materials, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews;

โ€ข Report to Management any stages of processes that require approval, following the workflows established by the HR department.


โ›ณ๏ธ Requirements

โ€ข Technical qualification, current enrollment, or a degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;

โ€ข Basic understanding of HR administrative processes (hiring, termination, vacations, payroll);

โ€ข Fundamental knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and HR/payroll procedures;

โ€ข Basic awareness of LGPD as it pertains to the processing of employee data;

โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;

โ€ข Familiarity with HR systems and communication tools (corporate email, LinkedIn);

โ€ข Comprehension of document organization and both physical and digital filing methods;
