This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Responds to and manages incoming phone calls in accordance with established protocols and service standards.
β’ Assists managers and employees with urgent requests, including navigation of HRIS (Lawson) and similar tasks.
β’ Provides initial support to managers and staff utilizing HRIS self-service tools.
β’ Aids employees and managers throughout the various phases of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job transitions, and retirement.
β’ Initiates contact or directs inquiries to the relevant resource for matters needing specific attention or on behalf of other HR Centers of Excellence (CoE).
β’ Investigates and resolves initial level Human Resources and benefits concerns.
β’ Ensures accurate and timely documentation and recordkeeping for human resource and benefit activities in the appropriate databases, adhering to HR and benefit policies as well as applicable regulations.
β’ Contributes expertise during team meetings and training sessions.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
β’ High School Diploma required.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong customer service orientation.
β’ Excellent problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
