📋 Description

• Address HR inquiries utilizing advanced ticketing and case management systems.

• Generate reports and conduct data audits.

• Effectively prioritize and manage your daily responsibilities within your personal task queue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be proficient in computer usage and numeracy, with a willingness to adapt to different systems and databases.

• Strong command of the German language (C1/B2H) and a good command of English (B2).

• Prior experience in administration, HR, or customer service is a plus.

• Excellent business communication skills, characterized by responsiveness, kindness, and politeness.

• Capable of working independently while demonstrating a high attention to detail.
