This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collect and verify HR-related data from targeted organizations.
β’ Evaluate results to determine employee impact, potential risks, and financial implications.
β’ Create clear and concise PowerPoint presentations and Excel models for executive reviews.
β’ Develop workforce and cost models (including benefit comparisons and compensation structures).
β’ Supervise the drafting of offer letters and agreements for newly acquired employees.
β’ Maintain effective communication with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
β’ A bachelor's degree is necessary; a focus in human resources, psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, benefits, or HR M&A is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Workday HRIS is highly desirable.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and modeling) and PowerPoint are essential.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
β’ Comfort with utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies is important.
