This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a leader for a diverse array of intricate Employee Relations cases from start to finish.
• Support leaders during times of organizational transformation.
• Serve as the business representative in sensitive grievance matters and consultations.
• Revise policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Partner with the broader HR team on strategic initiatives.
• Established history of managing intricate Employee Relations cases.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK&I employment laws.
• Practical background in implementing change initiatives and organizational restructuring.
• CIPD certification.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
• Ability to convey complex legal advice clearly and effectively.
