Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect, Client-Facing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business model, HubSpot maturity, and technology stack.

• Serve as the technical representative for the client, ensuring that delivery teams have the necessary context for effective execution.

• Identify opportunities to enhance impact, including RevOps gaps, automation potential, and underutilized HubSpot features.

• Collaborate with Consultants and Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) to assist in solution scoping and technical sales efforts.

• Proactively recognize and escalate technical risks, scope discrepancies, and misalignments, providing clear recommendations.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with executives and stakeholders to establish goals, pain points, and success metrics.

• Create Business Solution Designs (high-level architecture), which encompass HubSpot configuration strategies and integration architecture.

• Develop and organize Epic Plans (sprints, dependencies, delivery roadmaps).

• Lead solution design reviews, ensuring client alignment and obtaining necessary approvals.

• Conduct technical research (feasibility studies, integrations, proofs-of-concept) for intricate requirements.

• Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams with comprehensive documentation and a shared understanding.

• Design and document complete business processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline management, quote-to-cash).


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading comprehensive HubSpot solution design, beyond mere configuration or execution.

• Ability to think in systems and architecture, linking business processes to technical implementation.

• Comfortable facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders and fostering alignment.

• Extensive expertise in HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops Hub).

• Understanding of how data models, automation, and integrations function cohesively at scale.

• Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation (specific properties, workflows, system logic).

• Capable of managing multiple simultaneous client engagements without compromising quality or context.

• Translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable guidance.

• Maintain high standards for quality, ensuring that "good enough" does not pass when it shouldn’t.
