Senior HubSpot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor solutions within HubSpot CMS / Content Hub, encompassing themes, templates, modules, landing pages, and reusable components.

• Construct and sustain custom HubSpot functionalities utilizing HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Design and enhance HubSpot CRM architecture, including properties, objects, pipelines, forms, lead lifecycle, and data structures.

• Create and manage intricate workflows, lead scoring, routing, and marketing automation.

• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.

• Assist with website migrations and implementation projects within the HubSpot ecosystem.

• Collaborate with tracking and analytics solutions such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

• Resolve complex issues related to CRM data, workflows, integrations, tracking, and website functionality.

• Convert business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams throughout the phases of discovery, implementation, and optimization.

• Ensure solutions are maintainable, well-structured, efficient, and user-friendly for marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially HubSpot CMS / Content Hub and CRM.

• Proven experience in developing custom HubSpot themes, templates, and modules.

• Proficient understanding of HubL.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

• Practical experience with HubSpot workflows and marketing automation.

• Good comprehension of CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, lead management, and data flows.

• Experience in website migrations, CMS architecture, and technical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and web tracking principles.

• Capability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges.

• Experience collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Experience with Operations Hub.

• Experience with custom-coded workflow actions and advanced HubSpot automation.

• Knowledge of HubSpot CLI and contemporary development workflows.

• Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/MarTech platforms.

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, React, or Next.js.

• Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.

• Experience working with international clients or those from the DACH region.

• HubSpot certifications.
