This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, subject matter experts, clients, and Enterprise Information Systems to evaluate work processes, enhance operations, and showcase the value of technology.
• Develop project plans, ensure alignment with timelines, prioritize technology initiatives, and engage in long-term strategic planning.
• Act as the technical liaison for designated functional areas.
• Guarantee data accuracy, test system modifications, generate reports, and analyze data flows to facilitate process enhancements.
• Assist with HRMS upgrades, quarterly updates, patches, testing, and technical projects.
• Oversee HR and business service delivery along with technology initiatives, including change management, task and risk oversight, issue resolution, quality assurance, communication, and stakeholder updates.
• Direct work streams or system activities related to projects, feature launches, and problem-solving.
• Identify requirements, provide consultation, and implement changes to HRMS applications.
• Assess HRMS capabilities and suggest improvements in line with business requirements.
• Conduct system maintenance and coordinate application updates or repairs.
• Manage HRMS system tables and document process flows and outcomes.
• Engage in systems implementations while offering mentoring and guidance in HRMS expertise.
• Administer HRMS security and perform compliance checks.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries through ServiceNow and internal team communication channels.
• Supervise HRMS user security management and shared-drive protocols.
• Create user manuals, support frameworks, procedures, and training sessions.
• Oversee daily operations of the HRIS team and deliver customer service alongside cross-team collaboration.
• Generate standard reports, conduct audits, and analyze data to uphold system integrity.
• Lead the development of user procedures and documentation, train clients and users, and assist with change management initiatives.
• Stay updated on HRMS trends and continuously expand HR and HRIS knowledge through training, literature, computer-based training, user groups, and conferences.
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in human resources, payroll, HR and Payroll Systems Management, and time management business processes.
• Familiarity with relational databases, technology trends, and tools related to HR/Payroll business process management.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HRMS Human Resource/Payroll Management System components and application modules, including client/server and web-based elements.
• Proficient in report generation using Crystal, Business Objects, BI, OBIEE, Web Intelligence, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Access, VB, and general Microsoft applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience with UKG is highly preferred.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP, HRIP, or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
