This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the optimization and continuous configuration of Workday under the direction of the HRIS Leader.
• Collaborate with People, HRIS, and various cross-functional stakeholders.
• Set up enhancements and troubleshoot issues within Workday related to HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Performance.
• Create, develop, and sustain people analytics solutions, which include reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Utilize Workday Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Google App Dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct advanced data analysis for workforce planning, organizational health, DEI insights, compensation, and operational decision-making.
• Establish best practices for people data governance, documentation, and self-service analytics.
• Review Workday's bi-annual release updates and recommend the adoption of new features and enhancements.
• Convert business inquiries into analytical methodologies and communicate findings that drive actionable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing system efficiency.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Virta’s People data ecosystem, Workday configuration, and analytics capabilities within the initial 90 days.
• Support Workday initiatives and pinpoint data quality or reporting deficiencies.
• Provide early-impact dashboards or analyses to address high-priority People inquiries.
• Build and nurture relationships with People leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Discover opportunities to enhance scalability, automation, and consistency in people data reporting and analysis.
• Over 5 years of experience in an HRIS or People Analytics capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps.
• Practical experience in supporting and maintaining Workday.
• Experience as a Workday Report Administrator, including reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
• Strong technical skills in data analysis.
• Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of HR data, data governance, and best practices for maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Experience in a rapidly growing, scaling organization.
• Must adhere to Virta's security and privacy protocols for sensitive patient information as governed by HIPAA.
