• Act as a trusted HR advisor to 1 SVP and 4 VPs in the areas of Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, Partners, and GTM Operations and Sales Enablement.
• Develop talent strategies that enhance revenue enablement, expand the partner ecosystem, and improve organizational performance.
• Anticipate the talent requirements and identify capability gaps within global teams.
• Offer data-informed recommendations regarding organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resource management.
• Foster a high-performing, agile, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage workforce planning, AI integration, and organizational restructuring.
• Provide confidential coaching to senior leaders on strategic thinking, change management, and performance enhancement.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability evaluations.
• Assess talent pipelines, readiness of successors, and essential skill requirements.
• Create global organizational frameworks aimed at operational efficiency and cross-functional agility.
• Formulate succession planning, mobility strategies, and retention frameworks.
• Utilize HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and AI-driven tools to derive workforce insights.
• Collaborate with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and implement AI-enabled assistants and data orchestration frameworks.
• Simplify complex data into narratives for executive-level decision-making.
• Promote the adoption of HR initiatives, AI tools, and workforce strategies among globally distributed teams.
• Offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
• Advocate for equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Over 7 years of HRBP or comparable experience in dynamic, global, high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing talent strategies that drive business results, enhance performance, and facilitate growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales dynamics, enablement frameworks, and partner ecosystem strategies.
• Capability to influence senior leaders and provide insights based on data.
• Experience navigating intricate, cross-functional decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and large-scale talent retention strategies.
• Strong competencies in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings and achieve results across various regions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Desired: experience leading HRBP strategy for global teams of over 200 employees across NAMER, APJ, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Desired: experience with AI integration, GTM restructures, or digital transformations in enablement.
• Desired: advanced analytics or people insights experience utilizing AI or automation.
