β’ Converting business goals into workforce priorities and spearheading high-level conversations with client leadership.
β’ Overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, including establishing performance management cycles, facilitating training, analyzing turnover data, and conducting recruitment screenings.
β’ Evaluating and revising employee resource manuals, developing contemporary policies, and managing intricate employee relations.
β’ Collaborating with in-house subject matter experts to execute tailored organizational strategies that promote growth and retention.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is mandatory; an MBA or a Masterβs in a related discipline is preferred.
β’ A minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience is essential.
β’ Experience in a Senior Manager role or higher within a consulting firm or an internal HR team is highly desirable.
β’ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
β’ Must be comfortable addressing client requests in at least 50% of the specified HR areas.
