
Senior HR Services Audit & Compliance Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Support the implementation of FME's compliance program by aligning and deploying our HR Services Audit & Compliance program.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at preventing, detecting, and responding to emerging risks.
• Collaborate with both global and local teams to establish and enforce controls, manage third-party relationships, conduct audits, and monitor remediation actions.
• Oversee the design and execution of global internal controls for HR Services.
• Evaluate local HRS internal controls to ensure they align with global designs and assess whether they should remain localized.
• Supervise country-specific controls tailored to local regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of Workday, Payroll, and Time & Attendance security roles.
• Work with teams to address and resolve audit findings.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• 5-6 years of experience in HR or Compliance/Audit, with a strong emphasis on HR knowledge and experience.
• A collaborative, supportive, proactive, dynamic, and highly energetic individual.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders; background in HR and compliance is essential.
• Proven experience in a multi-country or global context.
