Senior HR Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, governance, and ongoing enhancement of digital experiences and knowledge management practices.

• Create and manage content and knowledge resources for employee portals, knowledge articles, alerts, and various self-service tools.

• Design and refine caregiver experiences to facilitate access to HR information, services, and support.

• Develop and sustain taxonomies, metadata standards, information architecture, and strategies for search optimization.

• Convert complex policies, processes, and programs into user-friendly content and experiences.

• Leverage data, analytics, user feedback, and research to discover opportunities and promote continuous improvement.

• Analyze user journeys, collect business requirements, and work with technical teams to implement enhancements to experiences.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize experiences and knowledge resources within ServiceNow and associated platforms.

• Foster knowledge sharing and ensure that information is accurate, relevant, accessible, and easy to discover.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Information Services, Communications, vendors, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating content across various channels, including web, portal, mobile, chat, or other digital platforms.

• Proven experience in translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content and experiences.

• Experience utilizing HTML and CSS to configure, maintain, and optimize content and user experiences within ServiceNow or comparable digital platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a capability to utilize data to drive improvements.
