This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate service delivery metrics, case trends, employee experience data, and operational performance indicators.
β’ Create reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to HR Operations leadership and Centers of Excellence (COE) partners.
β’ Detect service trends, recurring challenges, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
β’ Assist in governance activities by managing reporting, documentation, and performance reviews.
β’ Collaborate with Lead Consultants to evaluate service effectiveness and suggest process enhancements.
β’ Maintain and refine HR knowledge content, ensuring that policy and procedural information is accurate and accessible.
β’ Enable knowledge transfer and training within service delivery teams and partners.
β’ Aid in the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
β’ Contribute to service documentation, audit preparedness, and compliance efforts.
β’ Foster strong partnerships across HR Operations, COEs, and external service providers.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, HR Programs, Analytics, or related fields.
β’ Strong analytical and reporting skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
β’ Experience in supporting service delivery models, operational processes, and collaboration with stakeholders.
β’ Proven abilities in process improvement and problem-solving.
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
