This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to enhance high-performing organizations while facilitating the delivery of an ambitious product roadmap.
β’ Providing guidance to leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and resource allocation strategies to ensure teams are organized to address changing business and product priorities.
β’ Mentoring managers and leaders as they navigate the challenges of hypergrowth, which includes scaling teams, leading through transitions, nurturing talent, and establishing robust management practices.
β’ Assisting leaders in creating high-performing organizations through the establishment of clear expectations, accountability, continuous feedback, and consistent performance standards.
β’ Collaborating with Engineering leadership and Finance on headcount planning, prioritizing hiring, and making organizational investments that align with roadmap delivery and business objectives.
β’ Leading talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning, and promotion discussions to strengthen leadership capabilities and support long-term organizational development.
β’ Utilizing organizational health metrics, engagement levels, attrition rates, and workforce data to proactively identify risks, guide decisions, and enhance team performance.
β’ Aiding leaders through organizational transitions, ensuring teams stay aligned, engaged, and capable of executing as the business expands.
β’ Enhancing the effectiveness of new managers and leaders through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development initiatives.
β’ Managing employee relations issues with sound judgment, balancing business goals, employee experience, and organizational risk.
β’ Collaborating with People Operations to develop scalable people programs, processes, and manager support that cater to a rapidly growing technical organization.
β’ Acting as a trusted advisor who provides data, business insights, and practical solutions to assist leaders in making informed personnel decisions and executing confidently.
β’ 7β10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth technology organizations.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, or other technical teams during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
β’ Strong business acumen with the capability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data, sound judgment, and established credibility.
β’ Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
β’ Strong judgment in employee relations and handling complex personnel situations.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive, builder mindset.
β’ Experience supporting globally distributed teams across various time zones.
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.
