Senior HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and hands-on HR leadership across various CVG manufacturing sites.

• Lead a team of HR professionals, which includes an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and hourly support staff.

• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, leadership teams at the plants, and Directors of Operations to ensure HR strategy aligns with business objectives.

• Act as the main HR contact and liaison for designated plants.

• Guarantee consistent, compliant, and responsive HR support across all areas of responsibility.

• Oversee workload distribution and prioritization within the team to ensure timely, high-quality HR assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in leading and developing HR professionals.

• Required experience in supporting an industrial and/or manufacturing setting.

• Preferred experience in managing multiple sites or a multi-site HR framework.

• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance regulations across various jurisdictions.

• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence among plant leadership, including Plant Managers and Operations leaders.

• Excellent skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and change management abilities.

• Willingness and capacity to travel regularly to assigned plant locations.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
