This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Oversee and address the complete process of employee departures across various international locations.
β’ Provide expert advice to clients on procedures related to termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy.
β’ Lead consultations on workforce reductions, administrative hearings, negotiations for separations and settlements, and meetings regarding termination outcomes.
β’ Negotiate and influence favorable results in intricate termination situations.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government agencies, trade unions, and other relevant parties.
β’ Draft, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Handle offboarding processes using Remoteβs internal HRIS platform.
β’ Serve as a subject-matter expert by addressing internal and external inquiries related to offboarding.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial assessments of workplace issues and recognize applicable local regulations.
β’ Manage employee relations case handling in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Support and document progressive disciplinary measures.
β’ Track employee relations cases and ensure prompt follow-up actions.
β’ Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives aimed at improving customer and employee experiences.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions.
β’ Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, demonstrating generalist HR skills throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Significant experience managing both voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
β’ Experience in providing HR advice on employment laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
β’ Capability to interpret and apply industrial instruments effectively.
β’ Strong analytical skills for complex HR issues, with the ability to conduct research and offer practical solutions.
β’ Fundamental understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Proficient business-level (advanced) written and spoken English.
β’ A strong inclination towards process innovation, optimization, and automation.
β’ Detail-oriented with a commitment to thorough record-keeping and data integrity.
β’ Comfortable with technology and adaptable to changing systems.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international, asynchronous, remote setting.
β’ Flexibility to work varied hours as necessary.
β’ Proactive, self-driven, and accountable.
β’ Strong capabilities in automation, AI fluency, and related technologies.
