This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee and resolve employee exits from start to finish across various international jurisdictions.
β’ Provide guidance to clients regarding termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy procedures.
β’ Lead consultations for workforce reductions, manage administrative hearings, negotiate separations and settlements, and conduct termination outcome meetings.
β’ Negotiate and influence favorable outcomes in complex termination scenarios.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government agencies, trade unions, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Create, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Handle offboarding processes using Remoteβs internal HRIS platform.
β’ Act as a subject-matter expert on offboarding issues.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial assessments of workplace issues and pinpoint applicable local regulations.
β’ Coordinate employee relations matters with both internal and external parties.
β’ Aid clients in progressive discipline and documentation necessities.
β’ Track employee relations cases and engage with stakeholders for follow-ups.
β’ Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives aimed at improving customer and employee experiences.
β’ Report to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions.
β’ Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with a broad range of HR competencies throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Significant experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compassion, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
β’ Experience delivering HR support regarding employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
β’ Proficient in interpreting and applying industrial instruments.
β’ Ability to analyze intricate HR challenges, conduct research, and provide actionable solutions.
β’ Fundamental understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
β’ Strong aptitude for process innovation, optimization, automation, and adherence to best practices.
β’ High awareness of operational efficiency, record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using modern tools and systems.
β’ Capability to work independently and cohesively in a fast-paced, international, asynchronous remote setting.
β’ Openness to working flexible hours as required.
β’ Proactive, self-driven, and accountable.
β’ Strong skills in automation, AI capabilities, and fluency in AI technologies.
