This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
β’ Oversee and address the complete process of employee exits across various international jurisdictions.
β’ Provide guidance to clients on procedures related to termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy.
β’ Facilitate consultations for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, separation and settlement negotiations, and termination meetings.
β’ Negotiate and influence favorable outcomes in complex termination scenarios.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government entities, trade unions, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Create, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Execute offboarding processes within Remote's internal HRIS platform.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on offboarding issues and address both internal and external inquiries.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial evaluations of workplace issues and relevant local regulations.
β’ Manage the handling of employee relations matters.
β’ Aid clients in implementing progressive disciplinary measures and maintaining documentation.
β’ Track employee relations cases to ensure timely follow-ups.
β’ Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives aimed at improving customer and employee experiences.
β’ Background as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with a broad HR skill set and experience in the employee lifecycle.
β’ Significant experience in managing both voluntary and involuntary exits with empathy, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
β’ Proven experience in offering HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
β’ Capability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze intricate HR challenges, conduct research, and deliver practical solutions.
β’ Basic knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and the fundamentals of workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
β’ Talent for innovating, optimizing, and automating processes while adhering to best practices.
β’ Awareness of operational efficiency, meticulous record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using evolving technologies.
β’ Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international remote environment.
β’ Openness to working flexible hours as required.

β’ Strong capabilities in automation and AI, with fluency in AI technologies.
