This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and resolve the full spectrum of employee exits across various international locations.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy procedures.
• Facilitate workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separation and settlement negotiations, and termination outcome discussions.
• Negotiate and influence favorable results in intricate termination scenarios.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government agencies, trade unions, and other relevant parties.
• Draft, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
• Execute offboarding processes within Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
• Address internal and external offboarding inquiries as a subject-matter expert.
• Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
• Perform preliminary evaluations of workplace issues and relevant local regulations.
• Manage the handling of employee relations cases.
• Promote progressive disciplinary methodologies and documentation.
• Monitor employee relations cases and engage with stakeholders for follow-ups.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives for customer and employee experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with comprehensive HR skills and exposure to the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both voluntary and involuntary exits with compassion, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
• Experience in offering HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
• Capability to interpret and implement industrial instruments.
• Proficient in analyzing complex HR challenges, conducting research, and delivering practical solutions.
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
• Strong inclination towards process innovation, optimization, and automation.
• High awareness of operational efficiency, record-keeping, and data integrity.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to changing systems and tools.
• Capability to function both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, asynchronous, remote international team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.

• Strong capabilities in automation and AI, along with fluency in AI concepts.
